dispute

i am so ****ed that i could scream or bomb telkom i have been through hell and back trying to find out what is happening with the invoices i been getting and nothing instead i am getting an *********** store consultant who doesnt know his job his name is Lerato and i have spoken to lots of agents the recent one was stella who put me on hold for 2 hours i been getting debited amounts that were not part of the contract agreement and no one has an explanation i resorted in leaving the phone at the store until someone has an answer for me
