I once again unable to make calls on my prepaid sim as the voice prompt tells me I have insufficient airtime but I top it up again and it still gives the same notification. Telkoms improvements are regressions as their whatsapp customer service is static and there is no response to their various contact number nor email support. Dismal customer service. You are basically saying quit this network.
