Disingenuous TELKOM

They are the worst 20th century DISINGENUOS advertisers. In 2018 they ran a 10G X10G , ROUTER and airtime special @ a cost of R199 X 24 . I signed a contract for a fixed deal capped at R199 per month over the 24 months. For a whopping 19 months the agreement was honored according to my understanding . On the 20th month it went out of line and suddenly my monthly bill was R699.00 ...I initially thought it was someone trying to de***** me.I am now going for 5 months arguing back and fro with a Telkom manager , a Clearwater store. Clearwater is saying its the billing department but the manager is saying I had signed and therefore must pay even though the consultants at Mall of Africa and at Clearwater are saying someone tempered with my agreement on the system hence the sudden change in the billing amount. I took the deal in 2018 as per how it was advertised , for 19 months it was as per their 2018 advert but suddenly changed on the 20th month . What is horrifying is the fact that with me not resolving with them if stuffs up my FNB bank account as I dispute reverse and stop payment every month since we started the war. I hate TELKOM with all my everything and hope all vulnerable people can stop doing business with such callous and ************ companies.
