Dishonesty of Telkom

I had a cellphone contract with telkom. Once it expired, it proceeded on monthly basis.

I wrote telkom a letter to cancel the contract three weeks ago. But telkom stubbornly deducted money from my account.

I wrote another letter last month.

They did not respond to all the letters. But they continued to deduct money through stop order from my account.

I a pensioner.

Please intervene and help to effect the cancelation I have made and recover the money they deducted in the last two months.
