Dishonesty from Telkom

Phoned in Desember 2021 for the advertised deal for R449 p/m for fibre. I accepted the deal, and on installation the installer informed me that there is a free telephone line included - I only pay for calls. This line was never used, I was charged by Telkom more than R600 for this, not the R449. On phoning in to Telkom, I hold on for more than 20min, no one came back to me.
