Dishonesty

I have an issue with the Telkom consultant at Alberton city which assisted me on the 5th of May her name is Nomthandazo. I went there to upgrade my existing contract but I was informed that I couldn't. The consultant then adviced me to take another contract and the the existing one will be cancelled.. This morning I received a call from one of the telesales working with Telkom to upgrade the contract that I was told I couldn't. I then went to Telkom for further assistance but no one could help me, i was sent back home and told to come back when the consultant was back. I would like to cancel the check contract due to that. We are all going through a tough time I do not want to pay extra amount that I do not have..
