Dishonesty

I was approached by telkom if not 31 Aug then the 1st of Sept for a data sim card, I am already a telkom customer, During our conversation I decided to take the LTE unlimited SIM card. That was the deal, with that SIM card I was told that my first payment will be in October. During the process of waiting for the delivery I asked again about the payment because I wanted them to cancel my 20G SIM card so that I won't be financially constrained, the promise was still that I will pay in October for my new package as the 1st month is for free. So in September I expected last payment for my previous SIM (20G). On the 20th (yesterday) an amount of R608 was deducted which is 100 for 20G plus R508 for my new package. So my ask is my R508 back as I was promised that it will start deducting in October, Some of my debit orders are not going to be honoured because of your dishonestly.
