Dishonesty and Poor Services

I have been trying to upgrade my contact since the 13th of December 2021, a lady from the business sales consultant by the name of Thobeka called me to help with the upgrade, she sent an email of the required documents which I immediately rep**** with those documents.

She then told me that I should receive the phone in 3-5 working days, I have been sending countless emails to check on the status of the phone and was told that the back office will dispatch the phone for delivery.

Today I sent her another email to check the status of the device and she tells me that there is no stock of the device. I am so disappointed about the dishonesty and poor service i received from Telkom. I would advise you to stay aware from them
