Dishonesty and lies from the employee

I'm very disappointed with service i'm getting from the employee in this shop, i came last year to find out when can i cancel my contract and not pay the cancellation fee and the guy told me on my last 2 months i cancel cancel for free, there wont be any debit orders, then i came in December 2022 to cancel and he told me the last debit order will be in that current month which was December 2022. and beginning of Jan i received a statement with amount included for Jan while i was told there wont be any debit order. i then called customer service and they told there is no contract cancellation instead there is a request for replacement.
