Dishonesty

Very Poor service , mobile contract was upgraded in April 2021 , was promised 100 free minutes per month as per advertising. and my confirmation when the contract was taken out. it is now 3 months later and I am still fighting to get what was promised to me ,I have been told it has been escalated but 3 months later nothing and with every passing month I am loosing out but still expected to pay my bill. so not on . only around 21 phone calls made from my side not a single call to update on pending cases while the sales department is more than willing to call you everyday to find out if you will consider new products ...
