Dishonest Telkom Salespeople

On 12 January 2018 i called Telkom to change from a 2meg line o 4 meg. The new package came at a cost of R599 for a two year contract and included a new router and lit box. I was told by the sales person that the free products would be delivered by courier within 7-14 days. After 14 days i called Telkom to enquire. I was told that the products are with the courier and would arrive shortly. Nothing has happened. I called on the 17 February and the consultant informed me that the order had not been placed as yet. SHE was requesting the original salesperson to folow up and call me on MONDAY 19 fEBRUARY. Still nothing. I called again on the 24 February. The consultant informed that there has been no response from the original sales person . She was going to e mail her the request imediately and also ask the manager on duty to call me. Still nothing from Telkom. I also went to a Telkom branch in Ballito where the lady informed me that the products are with the courier company. SO many lies from the people who work for TELKOM. Such poor service. Telkom has already deducted the amount for the service and products yet I have yet to receive them Please help.
