Dishonest Telkom sales people

I have a contract with Telkom for uncapped data. In September Telkom guys were allowed access into our complex by the caretaker because they said they were sent by Telkom to come and imporove Telkom’s poor coverage by installing fibre and that we would still pay the same amount and be switched to fibre at no extra cost. Yesterday I visited Telkom at Centurion mall to take a new contract and only to find that I have 2products, the fibre and uncapped. I called Collen and recorded the call and he still told me the same thing that Telkom was supposed to switch and he is going to call me back later with the details. Telkom is providing us with poor connection and now taking our money like that. The worst part is that even that fibre only worked for few days and can’t even connect to it. Is it not enough that we are suffering with coverage now you send Collen to rob us only because you want sales
