Dishonest Telkom AdminPlus Insurance company

I initially make a claim on my insurance on the 15th February 2022 and to date(7th April 2022) have not been helped. Instead I have now being given THREE different reasons for why my claim is/was rejected.

At 1st they sent me an email with incorrect details and said that my claim was rejected because my devices did not have Telkom sim cards inside them when I got ******. A Blatant lie, and worse the details captured on the "rejected claim" weren't even mine.

A email was sent to say that I must ignore that email and later on the day received another one which also said that my claim was once again :Rejected" because my insurance was "cancelled". I went to Wonderpark telkom Agency to get my statement which proved that my insurance was still in force and that I was fully covered. they again apologized for the error and promised to look into the matter.

Today(7th April 2022) two months later, I called them and was informed by a call centre personnel that my claim was yet again "Rejected" because my devices didn't have Telkom sim cards in them...Another blatant lie. Ms Monique Gordon promised to get back to me and I am still waiting....Frustrated and without my cellphone devices of which I am still insured for.
