Dishonest staff @ Gateway Tracey Sithole

<p>Went in on the 21/01/2017 to do 1 upgrade of a business contract till today no feedback despite being into the store 3 times already to check on the application status. Every time we go in we patiently stand in the queue awaiting our turn. Today doing the same, we were pulled out the queue as we were now fed up that the upgrade has taken so long we request a cancellation- we get taken out the queue and asked to fill a form. When we requested the host to speak to the manager,the host Tracey Sithole **** to us and said he was at the toilet and he will be back just now. We patiently await for the so called manager only to note that she goes outside the store and relates a story to the so called manager. The so called manager comes into store ignores us totally and proceeds to help a customer,mind you that, that was our place in the queue in which we were pulled out! We are then told by another host that, that so called manager is not the manager and that Tracey Sithole **** to us. Without an apology and with a whole out attitude and arrogance she acts as though she has done nothing wrong! Disgusting and dishonest!</p>
