Dishonest staff

So I was at Telkom Table Bay Mall on Sunday 17 March2024. I have a Huawei Nova 11 and the Saturday my WhatsApp didn't want to up because it expired. I approach one other staff he had on a Huawei golfer then I thought good shot. I told him what the problem was and then he told me they had a lot of customers coming in with the problem with the nova. I told him so how are you guys going to sort this issue because I actually need my WhatsApp mostly for work purposes. He took my number on a loose piece of paper. Not asking my name or nothing and they know I am working in the mall. The whole Sunday I waited for him to contact me but nothing. Yesterday afternoon I went there and for some reason they don't know who I was talking about but the staff that was there Sunday was there yesterday as well. I asked them where he was and they said they don't know. Really pathetic..... I asked them for the name of the guy who assisted me and gave it., only to find out that was not the person who assisted me and I found out today what's his name and surname. And when I was there I told them BTW I fixed it and they asked me how and I told them I don't get paid to do their job. And only to find out the gentleman who assisted me was actually working for telkom and to huawei. I am not impress with telkom staff total dishonest is a mandatory offence!!
