Dishonest staff

This is my second complaint on HP about this. I have been trying to get a demo (offered on the Telkom website) for a home LTE solution. I have been trying since December 2015. I have requested via the website, via sms, via a Telkom store, multiple times and to date nothing. I did get a phone call last week from ***, Someone there promised to come and do a demo for me this past Saturday. Guess what-No show.<br> <br> Why are your staff so dishonest? Promises to attend to a customers request and it never happens. Its not like I am asking for something special or special treatment-A DEMO IS OFFERED ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!<br> <br> Not actually sure why I'm complaining because Telkom clearly doesn't want my business...You know what? Actually not interested anymore and I will take my existing business elsewhere as soon as I can too.<br> <br> I GIVE UP!
