Dishonest. Poor to no service or attempts of helping escalate the matter

A week ago I upgraded to the new/latest Samsung Galaxy A37 5G device.. not as my 1st choice but only because there is a promotion that with the device, you get a smart fit watch and ear buds..

The manager of the Brackenfell Telkom mobile store confidently confirmed the promotion is still valid, and I will receive my benefits voucher to claim on the Samsung Members App, which up till today, a week exactly.. still no voucher or benefit listed.. Also I have not received my new contract and purchase details which I need to take this matter further.. which was promised it would be sent on the same day..

Telkoms customer service center is near impossible to get through to, and the call center agents revert me back to the store.. Manager specifically.. conveniently the manager has been off on both Sunday (Yesterday) and today Monday..

with that said.. no one is willing to try the slightest to assist me, give me any solid answers or even try to request that the matter be escalated.

I've contacted Samsung and spoke to general service, as well as ISON, who deals directly with all promotions and assigning and releasing them.. They confirmed that they are not aware of any such promotion for the Galaxy A37 5G... the agent that assisted with the upgrade told me on Friday last week the promotion as ended, however Telkom call center and the latest catalogue says it's still active and running..

No one seems to be able to help or assist me the slightest, or even make any effort to keep me updated and notify me if there's anything else to do from my side ?

This is the last.. I have started legal procedures and will be taking the matter further, and leaving Telkom Mobile for good. I've only ever had problems.. the last try and bit of faith I had left in them has been ***ed on and no longer will support them..

I'd suggest you reconsider your service provider once your contract ends.. 0 rating for this store. 0 rating for professionism, 0 rating for customer care/after sales care.. literally no assistance via the call center as they revert you back to the store..

extremely dissatisfied and feel like I've been **** to and taken advantage of for a quick sale or to help meet sales targets..
