Dishonest LTE Speed advice

I app**** for the "limited" LTE Uncapped Broadband Service in Fish Hoek, according to the T's&C's there were a limited amount of users allocated to this service in my area. The marketing was that this would limit use on the local tower and bring down contention ratios and then provide a better experience.

This is not the case, I signed up for the service and tested the hardware at my office in Woodstock, here i got speeds of up to 40 meg down and 20 meg upload. When I got home and did the same tests I got maximum 5 down and less than 1 up, although I was advised by the call centre that the local tower was capable of up to 48 down. I work in IT so i fully understant "best effort" etc. But to provide a service that is 10% of what was indicated is dishonest.

I tried to cancel my agrememnt in the following ways:

Using Twitter

Using Telkom email from their site

Going to a Telkom store

Sending a cancelation form to ********** I have proof of all the interactions.

All the above took place in my 5 day cool off period.

I havent heard a thing from Telkom.

I have run out of options, when you phone call centre they say I need to visit a store, when you visit a store you need to fill out a cancelation form and so the loop continues.

I am out of options.
