Dishonest ISP

I got their 180GB LTE data package, which is capped. But yet I cant seem to get more that 10mb/s with full signal on my router set to 4G, but on average I only get 5mb/s.

For a data package that should get max LTE speeds, this is shocking. I've tried the Sim in different devices and still the same result. Full signal but almost 3g speeds. I've contact their call centre and they start to assist, but cut the call off after 19min of unsuccessful resolutions.

As far as ISP's go, I would never try Telkom again.
