Dishonest, *********** staff

I paid for a 10 gig internet service. I was promised a new router and another wifi extender. I paid in full. The internet service is really poor especially after 7pm and during weekends. The speed is very slow. And they have not carried out their promise for the extender. Everytime I go to collect it, they say my telephone bill is not up to date. I know I have made payment in full. I showed them proof and each time they say they can't give it to me. I am very upset that they are so dishonourable.
