dishonest direct sales team

My contract was due for an upgrade and Telkom direct sales called to see if i wanted renew my contract . I agree providing they had stock of the s6 I was assured by a consultant named Lucian that they did. <br> So I did the sale last week Tuesday. Called to track my product just to find out it hasn't been dispatch cause there is no stock <br> <br> Whose interest did they look after first? <br> Really ****ed <br> More interested in customer retention but have no clue what's good service<br> Not even a call for feedback <br> Were they expecting me to wait pass the 7 day period to agitate me? <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
