Dishonest Customer Service

<p>I must say, for my first time attempting to do business with Telkom I am rather disappointed with the customer service I received. </p> <p>I walked into the N1 city telkom store on Sunday enquiring on a cellphone contract for the Samsung galaxy S6 edge. I was told by one of the consultants that they had no stock available but she could place the orser for me and have it here by Thursday. I proceeded to fill out an application form which I then handed in on Monday. </p> <p>I waited in anticipation all week long and to my surprise I received no communication from telkom at all. I once again went into the telkom store this Sa****ay passed to enquire on my application form and whether or not the phone had arrived (this time speaking to a different consultant). I was told that the order had not been placed due to the warehouse having no stock available and also to be informed that they will not be getting any further stock. </p> <p>I was and still am fuming. To be told an order would be placed and I would receive my S6 on Thursday to receiving no further communication to being told there was no stock. Such a disappointment! </p> <p>Being dishinest to a customer and making promises that can not be met gives a reputable company such a bad name. I was a first time customer wanting to take out a contract and after this mishap, I am not sure I will doing any further business with telkom. </p> <p>Thank you Teljom for this terrible experience!</p>
