Dishonest company with False advertising.

I have upgraded to DSL Unlimited Home Premium 40Mbps contract, on the 19 May 2020 at R699 per month for the the first 6 months (order number ***A). After numerous attempts to following up on this order, I am am been billed R1196.64. No one at Telkom bothers to respond or to correct the problem.
