dishonest company
This is a repeat as Telkom responded to my initial complaint. The lady promised to resolve the matter in 2 days time. Then promised that my money would be refunded. It is now over 10 days. No response whatsoever. Except they have sent another bill for further payment. Such dishonesty. AND no one seems to care. Help. KS Naidoo ********** 319

18 Aug 2017, 10:20Please inform me whether the contract has been cancelled and that the full amount since May 2017 has been refunded. Also why has there been no telphonic contact from Telkom.
