Dishonest call center agent and supervisor.

Telkom contract not what was agreed to on the phone with call centre agent I was contacted by the call centre and was offered a 24 month sim only contract.

Anyway I accepted the contract as it was a very good deal. I actually confirmed it twice on the phone as I know sometimes call agents will do anything to close the deal.

Now after the first month I realised I was **** to. I was told I would receive 1 gig all network data and 1 gig telkom data. When I look into the telkom online portal I dont see the 1 gig telkom data.

I specifically stressed on this and when I asked them to show me this deal on the website they could not provide it to me. I then asked for the call agents superviser and she also confirmed that I would receive the 2 gigs data.

I am really disappointed as I dont feel this contract is fair and I would like to go over the recorded phone call so I can end this contract.
