DISHONEST AND PATHETIC SERVICE

i am trying to get assistance to cancel my contract because of the pathetic service and signal. all i get is call a number which only has voice prompts and there is no consultant to speak. the call ends. i have been having issues with signal and calls not coming through. i went to the Telkom store and they advised that they cannot assist as well as they only deal with new sales.
