Dishonest and false advertising

I received a call from Telkom on 16 April 2018 and spoke to a sales lasy by the name of Emily Marx, she was selling their me their free me data which I declined due to the slow internet I was getting , she managed to convince me to buy a internet router which I also thought is a great offer for me. I then agreed to take a contract with them where I was gonna pay R139 a month for 10GB of data and another 10GB night suffer. There was a once of amount I was of R149 I was supposed to pay for connection and for me to get my router. It was successfully deducted on 18 April 2018. Emily promised me that I will get the router by 8 May 2018 and I haven’t received it till this day.

I’ve calling them week after week since then and they’ve been taking me from pillar to post every time I call. The last time I called them was on 10 May 2018 and I spoke to Varsha Naaido who told me that they’ve been having a problem with the stock however she promised that I will get it by the end of the following week which was 18 May 2018, she told me that I won’t be charged the full amount of R139 as they are at fault. I still haven’t received anything from them, not even a phone call.

The way I’m so angry with this network I even ported to another one and don’t want anything to do with them as they are ****** and *****.

I want my money back from them because it’s obvious that I paid for nothing. Everything they promised was just the lie!!!!
