Disguting service

I have been battling for almost 5 months now with my Telkom line. it worked for 1 month in April and now it's not working again. they have totally *********** staff at the call centre and technicians. I had 3 technicians come out to tell me it's a cable problem, yet not 1 cable technician to come and fix the problem. they clearly don't know what they doing.
