Disgustingly useless service!!!

*** Have been trying to get my ADSL line reconnected after it was apparently disconnected. First I was told 72 hrs, then it was 5 working days, then 7 to 14 working days! It has been over a month already and STILL NO ADSL!!!! SERIOUSLY! I need to know how much longer as I am losing business!!
