Disgusting unprofessional service

In August 2019 we cancelled our business telephone account as the business was relocating. To date July this has still not happened. We get charged every month. I have emailed, phoned but nothing changes. Why can they not do what is supposed to do and what gives them the right to keep debiting amounts off our account.
