Disgusting, unprofessional, pathetic service

Disgusting, unprofessional, disappointing service for a query that gets resolved for a couple of days and then back to square one the problem persists. Incapability of customer service representatives to provide quick query resolutions, and no feedback or assistance from team managers or the regional manager when told that my issue has been escalated. This kind of pathetic service is unacceptable, unreliable due to miss information and regurgitation of information where no one to date has bothered to read previous notes or listened to calls placed by myself on numerous occasions. To date as per my last review no one has called to assist from Telkom and this shows how concerned they are about their customers and service that they render. However they are very quick and polite to try and sell you another contract or wifi deal for more money, yet never bother to call when there is an issue or query that you have called them numerous times about.
