Disgusting unprofessional
Unprofessional, uncouth, arrogant staff at 10201 and 10223. I don't think the public actually contributes to payment of their salaries. They have little or no respect for clients leaves one hanging on the phone does not know the operations of Telkom and is there only to fill the space. Advice get some staff who would actually appreciate to work there and make the company a 5 star as it used to be. Dusgusting
