DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

<p>I would NEVER recommend Telkom. Their phone operators are *********** and extremely rude.</p> <p>I have phoned numerous times. The operators put you on hold then eventually hang up on you, they divert you to the main menu so you can start from scratch, tell you to phone back later, each operator tells you something different, the managers cannot help you and the end result is always the same; "Sorry, we cannot help you with this matter." </p> <p>Disgraceful.</p>
