disgusting treatment from telkom and Nudebt debt collectors

I have had NO replies to my Telkom complain and they have now handed me over to be blacklisted. Please see today's email to Nu Nedebt debt collectors

22nd March 2024 This is now my second email to you. I have had NO phone call from this company nor from Telkom. My email was read the same day I sent it explaining the Telkom situation but ignored. Please take the time to read that email again and you will see I don’t have Telkom WiFi Router nor do I use there Wi Fi as I did not pick up their signal and the Telkom consultant Ian de Bruyn cell number *** was notified about this within 36 hour. I have also asked you to send me where in the contract does it say Telkom have the right to take 3 payments from my account and if once settled they will refund what is due to me.
