Disgusting Telkom *****s

Telkom has been double debuting my account for more than 1500 over and have been charging me for new devices and applications which I do not have After calling in numerous times and being put on hold for more than 40 minutes I asked for a manager to call me and spoke to Pambili. Still no manager and I am left with my account being incorrectly debited for 2600 after my payment was made. I only recently started to question my bill and found the above so just a warning for people to monitor and check their bills as you will never know what they are charging you for and do this without your permission. Their service stinks and should be shut down
