Disgusting Telkom Service

The service I received from Telkom is disgusting, I canceled my service in Aug 2020 and still no confirmation of this and I receive a bill every month. I am on their website with an agent (Sibonelo) and this agent tells me he will end the chat if I don't respond. He didn't even give me a minute to respond. He sent a msg and few seconds he wants a response. And on top of that, he disconnected me while he asks me to give him a minute while he checks something, I already gave him all the info he asked for. ID, cell number, name, address, email address. The Telkom service is nothing less then disgusting.
