Disgusting telkom service

I am waiting for over 3 weeks for my fibre connection after a telkom agent called and offered me a vumatel package. My adsl was disconnected the very next day without my permission. I call telkom daily. The only response they have is that the matter has been escalated and that a manager will call you. To date no one has contacted me.I risk losing my job as I work from home and I now have no internet thanks to telkom incompetence.
