Disgusting Telkom service

I made a payment through the my Telkom app. Which states that payments clears after 24hrs. On the 23rd of January. Up till this day the 7th of February the payment does not reflect and my account is still suspended. From the 23rd of January I hv been making tireless calls to Telkom sending all different agents that I speak to the proof of payment but none of them can actually assist. Instead I get case numbers and ticket numbers that have no solutions. I've requested to speak to supervisor's or management due to the consultants being *********** but they never put me through instead I was given an email address of a manager whom I emailed my complaint to but never rep**** even to say he will follow up. The services provided by Telkom is beyond poor 4 me and I know that there's always someone higher if a query can not be resolved by an agent that it can be excallated to order to find a solution and resolve the query. It is to my disappointment that I can not get hold of the higher people at Telkom to address my issue. The turn around time according to Telkom to resolve queries is 72hours of which I clear don't know how many 72hours have come to pass without being assisted. I am still looking 4 other platforms to express my problem with Telkom and the very poor sevices received. And I will not stop because I have made the payment I call in daily to follow up I have emailed over 5 people my proof of payment instead my line remains suspended and my bill is increasing and I hv been sent SMS to state that my account is handed over. Hellopeter is just the being of expressing my frustration with Telkom and I am still going to post on Facebook, Instagram and every other platform to get this matter resolved. And I will gladly share the list of emails sent and my proof of payment together with the cases numbers and ticket numbers that has no solutions. It's a pity I can not put even the calls because I call them without fail daily to make sure I get my query resolved but to no avail.
