Disgusting Telkom Service

We contacted Telkom over 5 times. On two occasions, technicians came to check on the line. We told them the problem which still persist. They left telling us to log another fault with our internal exchange and our PABX unit. This was done. We received a call from the technician but was of no assistance. Its over two and half weeks now, and the problem hasnt been resolved by Telkom.' It seems that the technicians are not capable of rectifying the fault and passing the buck onto the faults department in the hope that someone else will come and sort it out. Disgusting service.
