Disgusting Telkom mobile on-line service

<p>Telkom on-line service has got to be the worst online service provider. This is my second complaint in a space of three months. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called three times with no assistance. The last call I made, I held for over 30 minutes till I eventually hang up with absolutely no apology for keeping me holding. I then tried chatting online, the person I was chatting with exited the chat before I was assisted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need assistance with a product I got from them but no one can help me, how pathetic is that?</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly Telkom mobile service is appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't recommend Telkom.</p>
