Disgusting Telkom LTE Service!!!!

Telkom LTE is a Abysmal Service I subscribed to Telkom LTE five months ago as I needed broadband connection urgently. The service worked fine for four months, but since January 2019 it is been a disaster. The connection speeds drop to almost nothing for the majority of the day. I cannot even download my emails, let alone stream media on Showmax or my laptop. Also, it is impossible to log a complaint with Telkom, as their online service does not work, and no one answers the phone at the call center.

This was the biggest mistake I made in connectivity, and now I have a service which works about 2 hours in every 24hr period, and have no choice but to endure the duration of the contract and then terminate the service.

How is this company still in business?????
