Disgusting Telkom ethics

Disgusted by the poor lack of integrity and ethics of this company. I told them I could not pay my bill and they suspended my account. Then I paid some part and asked them to cancel it. They didn't and continue to bill me for a suspended service. I cannot use my line or internet and they just happily keep billing. Shame on you !
