Disgusting telkom customer service

I am discusted with Telkom service. Been struggling with my Fibre acount since 2021. I'm feddup phoning and getting reference numbers that don't get me anywhere. Then i get an sms telling me they are busy sorting my account and my account will be credited just for them to cut my connection due to non-payment. I want to speak to someone compittant please.
