Disgusting Telkom behavior

Telkom is a nonsensical company that wants to profits at the expense of its customers. It will, ********ly so, milk you of your money though all forms of clandestine operations.

Their debit order bounced, i paid the very same day they sent me a message. Now, they still went into my account to try and debit even after they received the payment, resulting in R360 in charges. When i enquired they said it was handed over but not really handed over and the account is now back with them and i should send an email to *** / *** if i am not satisfied. I copied *** and *** but no assistance was given.

Now for this month my debit order has increased and for no reason, when you call you are taken from pillar to post. The sooner i settle and close this bull**** of an account, the better.
