Disgusting Telkom account

Telkom has a habit of just adding amounts to the account. A mobile account if R639 becomes R938. Suddenly amounts just get charged. A late fee is charged yet account fully paid on the 30th. Dont even try and phone as you will wait and wait and then get a consultant that doesnt speak english clearly
