DISGUSTING TELKOM

STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING TO DO WITH TELKOM..... Worst non-existing service with non caring ineffective, untrained staff who will tell you anything that comes out of their mouths at the time. I have a Telkom Pay-as-You-Go sim card and cannot get signal so after less than 1 month tried to port my number to Vodacom. One Telkom shop told me it takes 72 hours ... it has now been 6 days and still Telkom will not release my number to VODACOM. Another Telkom shop staff member now tells me it takes 30 days....... We had Telkom cable ****** so have no landline and got a message on my cellphone saying Telkom will be in touch shortly to offer me an alternative service that WAS SEPT 2019 and still waiting for a call and it is NOW 24 MARCH 2020. BE WARNED DO NOT USE TELKOM FOR ANYTHING AND I AM NOT ALONE AS SO MANY ANGRY CUSTOMERS WERE AT THE STORES. One Telkom shop told me my area is serviced by LTE and another Telkom shop told me my area is not seviced by LTE. Useless uninformed staff. WAKE TELKOM AND DON'T BE SURPRIZED WHEN YOU HAVE TO LAY OFF STAFF YOU ALL DESERVE IT.
