DISGUSTING TELKOM

I AM SO DISGUSTED by Telkom's technical services. I lost my phone 2 weeks back and I wanted to do a sim swap but they told me my request for sim swap is being credit vetted. What is this credit vetting. I have been going to telkom back and fourth trying to get my number back and everytime its a new query being logged to the system just to do a simple sim swap??! The only thing I wanted was to get my number back now I am forced to cancel my contract and take my services elsewhere. I might as well lose this number and start over a whole new life cuz Telkom is not helping at all. I am warning all my colleagues, family and friends to not bother with Telkom because in times of need they just act like a bunch of school kids. Never again in my life.
