Disgusting supervisor and no help

My house got struck by lightening and I phoned in Telkom to sort out my phone's and WiFi as I'm 82 and need to be able to contact my daughter and family if I need assistance. They logged a complaint and said it would take 48 hours , now they say there is no complaint logged and they cannot give me a time as to when they can sort the problem out. My car is also broken so I cannot drive to shops so my daughter is doing the driving around for me but I cannot contact her. I asked him to speak to a supervisor to which he fully refused to take my call. Disgusting service. I pay r1000 a month for this service or should I say non existent service
