Disgusting Sevice (ref ***5)

I called last month and advised Yonela from the technical department about my data I am not receiving she then assured me that she will call me back before close of business and she can see I have not being receiving my 2 gig data. I spoke to her last month and still no feedback. Basani Boloyi left a voicemail for me to call the call centre and when I call no one knows whats going on. I called several times getting no joy whatsoever. This is really patetic and I cant beleive what *********** staff is working there. I even escalated this and spoke to a couple of Team Leaders who is just as terrible as the agents!!! I responded to Basani email a couple of times and still no response. I even asked to speak to Mohammad Ali from the call centre and I think he does not like speaking to customers as he trys to hide from complaints. Dont know how he bacame a manager for the call centre, clearly his running it to the dogs!! All I want is for this matter to be resolved and if I cannot be reached email me and I will respond to them. I am wasting my time putting this complaint because it will go nowhere....<br>
