Disgusting services rendered by been over billed

Hi again its pretisha rajaram I'm tried of telkom bull**** like I've mentioned before everymonth on the 25th telkom deducteds my husband account and payment has been made on time unfortunately every month our account was handed over to collections department and they wasn't subtracting the account our bill for the pasted 5 months our account has raised up to 13000 and our service's from those months has been disconnected which is absolutely not fair yet the account is been paid we have been over charged by telkom today the 25th my husband paid 5000 and our service's is still disconnected and the agents at telkom says it's not reflecting on theys system we has customers expect good service's from this service provider because we have been loyal customers and for us to have our service's disconnected everymonth and payment is been it's really disappointing I kindly ask that your assistance is required also telkom needs to provide us with a detailed bill showing that the account has been deducted for the past 5 month and why is the bill still so high
